背 景 XTH4 catalyzes xyloglucan endohydrolysis (XEH) and/or endotransglycosylation (XET). It cleaves and religates xyloglucan polymers. It is an essential constituent of the primary cell wall, and thereby participates in cell wall construction of growing tissues. |
