背 景 RPT2a encodes the 26S proteasome subunit. It is required for root meristem maintenance and regulates gametogenesis. RPT2a is also shown to regulate gene silencing via DNA methylation and binds MET1 in vitro. Together with MET1, it regulates TERMINAL FLOWER1 to control inflorescence meristem indeterminacy. |
